1. SaaS Subscriptions (AoCRM, AoSites)

We provide a 14-day free trial on our SaaS products. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first paid billing cycle. Prorated refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Marketplace Purchases

Digital downloads, source code templates, and developer plugins are non-refundable once downloaded, unless defective or non-functional as described.
